The IKO Britorch SBS Torch-On Capsheet is torch-applied, polyester-based and coated with an SBS rubber-modified bitumen for added durability. It is also designed for rapid application due to the thermo-fusible film on the underside that rapidly melts during the torching process.
Available in two different colours, green and black, and incorporating a mineral granule finish that provides UV stability, these capsheets come with a 20-year guarantee*, as standard.
Well suited to both new build and refurbishment projects involving domestic and commercial flat roofing applications, the IKO Britorch SBS Capsheet, when combined with appropriate torch-on underlays, can be incorporated within a new torch-applied built-up roofing system or used to overlay existing bitumen or asphalt roofing.
Measuring 8m x 1m, this capsheet is CE and UKCA-accredited and features a 75mm sacrificial film selvedge for bonding side laps.
*When installed as part of a built-up roof system, and conditions are maintained as per IKO literature, relevant Codes of Practice and UK Building Regulations, the product has a 20-year IKO material guarantee.
